Appointments are recommended although walkins are welcome.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your service.  This allows me adequate time to call clients on my wait list.

No shows/No cancellation notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.

In order to avoid spreading illness to other clients, please call and reschedule. 

It can be a very relaxing experience.  Usually you will have some slight blushing and shine to your face (this is normal), may feel firm and soft to the touch.  You may NOT want to schedule a facial after any hair procedures because cleansers and oils may get in your hair.  There may be a need for extractions of black heads and such.  This can some times be uncomfortable.  I make ever effort to make this process quick and as pain free as possible.

And please come in with thoughts of relaxing and getting away from life for a moment in a serene and quiet enviornment.   You deserve it.....

You may dress casual and comforable.  For longer facials with massage, you will remove you top and bra and put on a facial gown.  You may need to remove your jewelry depending on which facial you are receiving.  

Many of my clients fall asleep under it.  It is warm, soothing and a little bright.  You may wear goggles or not.  Without goggles the light will be brighter but you get an eye treatment at the same time.  You will be under the light for 20 minutes.  It is a unique and relaxing experience for most:) 

Cash and check is preferred.  However, I do have Venmo.  Thank you.

I use two different products depending on the part of the body being waxed.  I use Clean + Plus Easy roll on wax system for most areas of the body.  It is quick and affective.  For delicate areas like the face, underarms, and bikini, I prefer Nufree, soy based wax.  It adheres less to the skin for a gentle but thorough result. 

First-time waxing clients require (3) three weeks of out-growth for proper hair removal.

Waxing may not be done on clients using Retin-A, Renova, AHA, or BHA products.  Waxing will not be performed while using the acne drug Accutane or similar medications.  You must wait at least 6 months after discontinuing this drug to wax.
